 Rand's immense talents as a designer and architect are evident from the moment we began working with him, but Rand is an even more impressive person. His sense of humor and spirit make him a pleasure to deal with, he is the type of guy you look forward to interacting with on a daily basis. I think the biggest compliment you can give to a design architect is seeing and executed on the shared vision early on in the process, I am consistently blown away by how often Rand gets it "right" the first time and in an incredibly diligent fashion.

 This outlet mall also has some really great common areas! Today happens to be a bit cold for my southern blood (44 degrees), so when I saw that there is an amazing fire pit surrounded by an artistically designed iron cage I was elated! You have to see the photo I posted, my text description just won't do it justice!
